INTEGRATE AV specialises in audio visual collaboration and unified communication products and services. We deliver end to end solutions to education, enterprise and government clients and we deliver at every point of the client relationship from project inception through to design, delivery, ongoing service and support.



Purpose of the position

Reporting to the National Education Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Integrate AV’s presence in the education sectors. You will establish key relationships across early childhood, K-12 and universities and ensure we maximise customer adoption and success with Integrate AV’s technology solutions. Promoting Integrate AV’s products and services, you will nurture new customer opportunities and grow our already strong client base. You will assist to drive adoption of our products by establishing and leveraging existing and new relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Managing Relationships:
• Understanding customers’ diverse education needs and provide appropriate solutions based on sound knowledge and understanding of product to meet those needs
• Consult with schools about their Education Technology Roadmap and offer solutions that are uniquely tailored to each school’s needs
• Develop professional working relationships with schools, networks and professional staff in your region to ensure the right product support and training is provided and client satisfaction is achieved and maintained
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business goals – especially managing personal time and productivity
• Identifying and developing new business through conferences, network meetings.
• Ensure client contacts are followed up to establish relationships, grow client base and develop valued long-term clients.
• Establish excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders to further the success of key projects
Product Knowledge
• Maintaining awareness as changes occur in product development and applying product knowledge to meet the customers’ diverse, specific business/education needs
• Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals
• Evaluate and understand competitors’ products.

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a teaching/education environment
• Deep understanding of the education sector
• Proven aptitude for developing relationships with key decision makers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical, reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Strong time-management, record-keeping and planning skills
