How to use remote access software

1. Download software for your PC or Mac computer from links above. Save Integrate AV Quick Support application on your computer (eg. desktop).

2. Launch application by double clicking on the icon. Click “Run” if prompted. The application window will appear.

3. Supply “Your ID” and “Password” to the tech support representative.
