The Opportunity

Integrate AV has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our talented team.  The role will encompass you developing and managing a portfolio to actively promote, market and support the company range of products through the Enterprise, Government and Education Market. This will involve creating the need, qualifying opportunities, demonstrating the products and supporting the implementation and training of products.


Developing and managing a portfolio to achieve the desired business aims

Establishing internal/ external relationships with key stakeholders to further the success of specific projects/portfolios

Managing customer territory by actioning customer enquiries and achieving agreed business aims as outlined in the provided quotation or customer proposal

Maintaining and updating the Integrate AV client/prospect database

Identifying and developing new business by actively marketing products at trade shows and product releases

Understanding customers’ specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs

Organising and promoting training opportunities to meet the customer needs

Monitoring all customer projects to ensure all stages of the project cycle are completed including delivery and implementation

Keeping abreast of the demands of the market, in respect to software and hardware systems

Maintaining awareness of emerging technology



  •         A proven track record of sales and operational excellence
  •         Understanding of ICT in Education (highly desirable)
  •         A well-developed knowledge of the company products
  •         Competent computer literacy and business skills
  •         Well organised and professional, with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  •         Financial knowledge and aptitude.
  •         Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  •         Well presented, polite with strong communication skills
  •         Personal management of attitude, perseverance and drive
  •         Strong team player
  •         Understanding of business culture and organisation
  •         Exceptional Customer Sales skills /Territory management
